Another complete game shutout by Sheets.

Sheets - 9.0 IP, 4 IP, 0 ER, 7 K

Was that a typo and meant hits instead? Cause I thought you got a no-no from Sheets.

Now just 39 more games to go...

You certainly pitch great. Your combined team ERA is 1.25, good enough to win more than 90% of your games. And if not for Beckett in the first game it might be even lower.

Calculating...0.54 ERA not including Beckett's first outing. Impressive.

Thanks, this game is pretty easy in the beginning of the season.

Wait a minute...the game gets harder as the season progresses? That's pretty cool, as I never played a game that does that. Then again, I have yet to play a sports game that isn't made by EA Sports.

Yeah, the game gets harder as the year goes on. Your players start wearing down, and get hurt sometimes.

Yeah, I know about injuries. In my game, I lost my leadoff hitter and my 3, 4, 5 guys were gone for a stretch, and its not even the All-Star break yet. But do't the CPU teams worn out and injured too?

Ouch, that's not good.

Great stuff, man. How do make your own forum?

What did you do to get the career averages? I thought it was supposed to the mean of the three averagees, but I might be wrong. All that math...making my head spin.

Thanks again. I just searched for freeforums to get the forums.

The career averages are actually in the player cards on All-Star Baseball, so that's where I got them from.

Well the profiles don't work any more so I guess scrap that idea. I don't need them anyways.

I will be posting an update later tonight..

Why did freeforums delete it? Or did you delete it yourself?

Oh well, it was a nice idea, but it takes a lot of time anyway. And I think you do want to finish at least one season by the next decade. 405 days is what you're on pace for.

I guess it just deleted it.

It did take some time, so I decided to stop doing it.

Ooh...just squeaked by the A's. Ouch, all three homers by their 3, 4, 5 guys. Guess Peavy really isn't as effective as he is right now. But in MVP 2003, his rating was not too bad...of course, in MVP they use a bar instead of numbers or letter grades, I'd get him at C+ at the very least; he was about the same as Aramis.

Yeah Peavy did not pitch well at all for me. His ERA jumped up pretty much.
