E3 Showcase

Postby Sac-1 on Tue Jul 10, 2007 11:06 am

With E3 starting in about two days, I just want to ask you what you think is going to be one of the best games there and what you are most excited about.

Here is the list of games announced to be at E3.

Personally, I'm really excited about the showcase of NBA live 08, Madden 08, and Army of Two. Army of Two is like a new genre of comedy shooter, the trailers are hilarious; as for NBA live I want to see some new info about how well Go-to moves work and for Madden I would like to see the new tackles and catches and the improvement of Superstar mode because it was great in 07 for Xbox.

So, what games are you anxious about and which ones are you planning to get?

BioShock, Crysis, and F.E.A.R. Sequel. As long as my computer can run them, I will get them.

Oh yeah, I forgot about BioShock. I'm expecting it to be one of the best games of the year. The gameplay is looking amazing from what i've seen and the graphics are the best i've seen for Xbox 360 since Gears of War.

crysis and Quake Wars.... of course they'll probably show fallout 3 too, which is a game I want to get more than any other game because Fallout 2 was the greatest game in the history of games.

Resident Evil 5! Gears of War on XP!

I'm only interested in things I haven't heard about for two years already (BioShock...Crysis...Quake Wars...Spore...I'm looking at you guys.) and anything new and unexpected. Especially for Wii.

I was also impressed, and with the ability to climb just about anything adds to much fun, practically endless possibilities.

Also like the look of RE5 and of course Halo 3, Spore looks interesting, the general idea of the game makes it a good one, but the graphics are too cartoonish and childish imo.

I think Assassin's Creed is going to be a nominee for game of the year. There is simply so much freedom and the fighting system is great, it's going to be a must-get for all gamers. I'm getting for sure.

There was a huge article about that in Game Informer like a year ago, it looked absolutely amazing.

I'm mainly looking forward to any unexpected Wii news. Maybe a Super Mario Galaxy release date, hopefully some more online games. And I know it's not really an E3-worthy announcement, but if they don't release Earthbound (SNES) on the Virtual Console soon, I'm gonna cry.

So many Wii-cessories. Wii-fit looks interesting...Mario Kart online!

We'll see if Sony's is amusing in a short while...boring thus far.
