PLEASE HELP

I know I am an ultimate noobie, but I just downloaded a roster patch for 2005. It tells me to paste it into my saves folder, but I can't find my saves folder anywhere. Where do I put the patch I downloaded??? Thank you very much.

well first goto ur game and just click on load/save button in the game, after that press save roster and exit ur game. goto ur My documents folder and u will see a folder called NBA Live 2005 so click that and then u will finally see a saves folder made so just paste the roster there!
