No one's called me Juan (outside my family) since I was ten though (when I came here.)
Every one calls me "Gio" here, which is a diminutive of "Giovanni", (Italian for John. "Juan" is the Spanish for John.) and sounds the same as "Joe".

Also, my second name is "José", which is the Spanish for Joseph, so if I was to go to the States, I'd totally adopt Joe as my name.
