Man this is what I hate the most about dynasties, making team changing trades at the beginning of the season. Sorry to say that, but I didn't like this one too...

Anyways, good luck!

i got that same problem though, well sorta. i got a problem that when i start my team i try to trade for as many rookies as i can lol. i guess i should start with the best team so i have the most to trade but instead i always use the celtics and try to nab all the rookies. the year lebron came out i had a starting lineup of rookies

Not a bad way to start

Celtics started the season in a good way. It was a difficult week, with a really hard game against Pistons.
New Orleans Hornets were beaten by Celtics, with a great Paul Pierce performance, recording a triple-double (36 Points, 10 Rebounds, 12 Asis ). Boston Team had a great 4th quarter, scoring 30 points and making a great effort in defense. Chris Paul double-double (26 Points, 10 Asis) was not enough for Hornets to win the game
Detroit Pistons hard defense was too much for Celtics. Pistons destroyed Boston during the 1st quarter and Pierce scored only 1 point during the first 3 quarters. Those were the keys for Detroit winning the game. Kendrick Perkins, who scored 0, grabbed 12 rebounds and blocked 6 shots. Coach Doc Rivers is satisfied with the player, and optimistic about his future at NBA.
Wizards larger team was the key to beat Celtics. Washington high bench scoring (37 points) was really important, because Boston substitutes didnt have such a good game. Pierce scored 28 points, but shooting 12-25 FG; Gilbert Arenas 28 points game (10-18 FG) was more determinant. As in Pistons game, Celtics gave the 1st quarter to the Wizards, loosing it by 10 points.

Nice review there and keep it up so that you will turn this thing into what Larry Bird has done into this thing years ago (Y)

I'm sorry about dissapointing you, but i decided to start the Dinasty again.
I've realised that it's not realistic to trade Pierce before season starts.
I'll replace the old reviews with the new ones later

Oh, that's status quo, but I agree with you, because trade Pierce for Iguodala, wasn't the best idea  (Y)

P.S. Nice presentation (Y)

Pierce scores 57 as Celtics beat Jazz

The week started with a lost with Bobcats. It was suposed to be an easy game for Celtics, but Gerald Wallace and Emeka Okafor had an incredible game, recording a double-double (Both of them). In Boston, Perkins had a good game grabbing 14 rebounds and Gerald Green almost recorded a double-double, coming from the bench
Game versus Utah was a dreamed one for Paul Pierce. He scored 57 points, shooting 24/40 FG. Jazz could stop him only during the 4th quarter, but they had a horrible quarter in the offense side. Delonte West showed his Playmaker skills recording 12 asists, in adition to his 14 points. Perkins and Jefferson dominated the paint grabbing 27 rebounds between them. Derek Fisher had a good game for Utah, scoring 27 points.
Lebron and his Cavaliers were too much for Celtics. It was an even game up to the 3th quarter, when Cavs destroyed Boston. James finished the match with 28 points, while Ilgauskas scored 21. Larry Hughes was named best player of the match due to his complete game, scoring 18 points, grabbing 4 rebounds, 7 asists and 4 steals. Pierce tried to win the game by himself, scoring 33 points, but it was not enough. Wally Szczerbiak was playing really well, but he left the match because of 6 Personal Fouls.

Happy week at Boston

Week's 3-1 record brought happiness to Boston.
Celtics lost with Magic, despite an extraordinary performance of Paul Pierce, who had the winning shot with a missed 3 pointer. Dwight Howard was named player of the game because of his 20 points and 15 rebounds. Perkins and Jefferson intimidated their oponents with 3 blocks each of them.
In an exciting game, Celtics beat Pacers 104-94. Pacers were near to win the match, but Pierce sent it to overtime with a 3 point shoot. In overtime, Boston made 10 points more than Indiana to win. Pierce recorded a double-double, scoring 36 points and grabbing 13 rebounds. Gerald Green was very important, scoring 14 in only 23 minutes. After the game, Celtics coach Doc Rivers told the press that Green is going to be part of the starting 5 since the following match because of Wally Szczerbiak's poor FG percentage (3/16)
Game versus Portland was an easy one, with Celtics dominating the score during the whole match. Pierce and Perkins recorded double-double (23 pts 10 reb Pierce, 18 and 11 Perkins) Boston's great 1st quarter was determinant because of the 35 points and the motivation that it brings. Celtics bench brought good scoring (25 points), with Gerald Green scoring 10 in 21 minutes.
Versus Knicks, Celtics won the game clearly, with great performances of Pierce, West and Green (who was part of the starting five for the 1st time in the season). Al Jefferon improved from his last poor games recording a double-double (14 points, 11 rebounds). Knicks showed a horrible boxscore, shooting 32/81 FG and 19/36 FT

Hey man, get a patch that removes the square, the pics look weird with that square. Nice, 3-1! The Truth with a big game vs Indy. BTW, in game vs Portland instead of Paul Pierce it says Al Jefferson on the POG.

Celtics in the right way

The week didnt start happily for Boston, because of a hard lost with Bobcats 103-81. The team had a horrible game, shooting really bad (29/81 FG and 19/33 FT). Paul Pierce didnt have a good night, scoring only 19 points.Emeka Okafor and Adam Morrison played fantastic for Bobcats, which 33 points in the 1st quarter defined the game.
After the trip to Charlotte, Boston received New York Knicks. Pierce scored 32 points, while 5 more Celtics scored over 10. This good team performance made the difference, in adition to Jefferson and Perkins good game grabbing 13 rebounds each of them. Boston improved FT shooting, recording 28/31 from the line.
Game versus Bucks was quite easy because of Pierce, Jefferson and West great performance, scoring 73 points between them (Pierce: 25, West: 24, Jefferson: 24). Al Jefferon also grabbed 11 rebounds to record a double-double. Surprisingly, Andrew Bogut only played 13 minutes for Milwaukee, scoring just 3 points.Boston had great shooting averages: 49% FG, 44% 3PT and 80% FT.
