Wow what a great roster you have their. Gordon and Randolph will be a great combination. If you need a shooter for your roster then trade Miles for Peja but if you need a strong man and also athletic then go for Gerald Wallace. I will vote for Gerald because he is a underrated player and he is a person who will would be a all-star someday. Hope you win your next game

3PK, I have fixed up the recap now, it is more flowing now.

narutoaddicted, I want to get Peja, but i made the poll to see who the people wanted. at the moment it is Wallace, so i will get him if he is leading when the poll finishes 9 days from now.

And thanks for the comments guys (Y)

Wednesday 23rd November 2005 @ Rose Garden Arena, Portland, ORE

San Antonio Spurs (4-1) @ Portland TrailBlazers (2-2)

Starting Line-ups

San Antonio
C | Nazr Mohammed | 67 Overall
F-C | Tim Duncan | 91 Overall
F-G | Bruce Bowen | 70 Overall
G-F | Manu Ginobili | 88 Overall
G | Tony Parker | 77 Overall
ImageImageImageImageImage

Portland
C | Andrew Bogut | 74 Overall
F | Zach Randolph | 77 Overall
F-G | Ruben Patterson | 69 Overall
G | Ben Gordon | 76 Overall
G | Sebastian Telfair | 75 Overall
ImageImageImageImageImage

Team Leaders
SAN ANTONIO
PPG- Time Duncan (23.0)
RPG- Tim Duncan (11.4)
APG- Manu Ginobili (7.0)
BPG- Tim Duncan (2.8)
SPG- Bruce Bowen(2.6), Tony Parker(2.6)

PORTLAND
PPG- Ben Gordon (16.4)
RPG- Andrew Bogut (8.6)
APG- Ben Gordon (3.2)
BPG- Theo Ratliff (1.75)
SPG- Sebastian Telfair (1.0)

Tim Duncan looks like a Major MVP Candidate this season and will be hard to stop during this game. The Blazers might have to give "leading shot blocker" Theo Ratliff some more floor time to try and shut down Duncan. Offence will be a hard task with great defender Bruce Bowen playing at SF, which means Ruben Patterson probably wont play well. Anyway the main threat will be Duncan.

GamePlan
Play "hard D" on Duncan.
Probably use the guards more for this game.
Try to get close to winning!

Prediction

98% chance of losing. Go down to the Spurs 95-89

they are currently without any injuries at the moment. so i would say they have their best. they just have no-one good at C, and i need Bogut to exploit that

anyway i still think i am going to lose

Nope, try your best to outpost Duncan and make Randolph a factor, do not make parker just run on you and win the game. You can do it (Y)

narutoaddicted, i want to get randolph some good points and maybe a double-double........i havent got anyone a double-double yet this season  :cussing: . Gordon has been missing some really easy lay-ups and some easy wide-open 3's, but he is still scoring 15+ points per game. i really dont think that i have a good chance against the Spurs, but you never know!

good luck next game, i think it will be out of range to beat spurs, coz u have a very weak defensive team, no one can shut down ginobili, parker or duncan, maybe consider the gerald trade, look to get duncan in foul trouble, that could b a key to the game....

I voted for Wallace since he's basically another version of Miles but with the work ethic to go with his athletic gifts. It'll be tough to make the trade seem realistic since Miles' stock isn't too high as of late.

hopefully you'll get out of this game alive. i to would consider taking it to Duncan in the early because the Spurs will most likely get him started in the beginning and then begin to develop their range shooters...good luck!

Votes for the Darius Miles trade will be closed tomorrow.

Gerald Wallace and Peja Stojakovic are the only 2 in the running now, so if you want Peja playing for the Blazers you will need to vote for him, or if you dont want Wallace to lose his top spot in the voting you will have to vote to keep him in the lead!

Vote Now!

When i feel like it...

This dynasty and my live 07 NLSC dynasty stories are now just for me to do in my free time. too much homework lately and lack of interest in playing the game itself are factors to why not doing it much anymore.

That's not what i said. I still have heaps of interest in the dynasty. I am just not enjoying playing the games. I like to do recaps and collect stats, but I cant really find time to play the games and the game is boring. I will still play the games if I get the time and am in a good enough mood to play the game.

I promise that I will do atleast 1 season and I hope for 2. I PROMISE!! But the games will just not be very often. Sorry

This aint a problem. No time or just not the mood to something for your dynasty is really okay. I really dislike the fact that some guys think dynasties need to be updated every day. There should not be something like "pressure" for the author. Get it going when you find the time and the interest !

And get G-Force Gerald Wallace ;)
