Perfect NCAA Tournament...

Postby Pistol on Tue Mar 27, 2007 11:06 am

I thought about what would be the perfect NCAA tournament so I decided to get the best teams, the best mid majors, the best teams to get upsets, and how they are rated on game. I wanted it to be matchups that would be fun and all, first couple round will probably be simualted. I made a bracket based on this years standings...this is to entertain me while I creat players for colelge dynasty.

This is how final four would matchup in bracket regions

MIDWEST vs WEST
EAST vs SOUTH

Well the Number one seeds will be this years Final Four

Midwest: Florida
East: Georgetown
South: Ohio State
West: UCLA

After that I decided that the two seeds should be the best remaining RPI schools.

Midwest: Southern Illinois
East: Pitt
South: Wisconsin
West: UNC

For number threes I decided I better get the teams that are stand out teams yet to be chosen

Midwest: Kansas
East: Memphis
South: Oregon
West: Texas A&M

Now to the Number Fours, why not make this the best MID MAJOR TEAMS. Nice little twist.

Midwest: Old Dominion
East: Gonzaga
South: Nevada
West: Butler

The number five seeds are teams that have the most championships in NCAA tourney history of reaming teams

Midwest: Kentucky
East: Duke
South: Indiana
West: Cincinatti

Number six seeds are gonna be teams with the most dominate player.

Midwest: Boston College (Dudley)
East: LSU (Glenn Davis)
South: Tenn (Chris Loftin)
West: Texas (Kevin Durant)

Number 7 seeds are gonan be some remaining teams in TOP 25 that should not drop below this seed.

Midwest: USC
East: Washington State
South: Louisville
West: UNLV

Number 8 seeds are the same as 7...

Midwest: BYU
East: Marquette
South: Notre Dame
West: Maryland

Number 9 seeds are teams that won their conferences that i think will make this bracket entertaining.

Midwest: New Mexico St.
East: Albany
South: Texas A&M CC
West: Belmont

Number 10 seeds are same as 9...

Midwest: Creighton
East: Eastern Kentucky
South: VCU
West: Oral Roberts

Number 11 seeds are same as 9 and 10

Midwest: Winthrop
East: DAvidson
South: George Washington
West: LBSU

Number 12 seeds are teams that are rated pretty well on the game.

Midwest: Michigan State
East: Arizona
South: Ok. State
West: Uconn

Number 13 seeds are same as 12

Midwest: Virginia Tech
East: Clemson
South: Alabama
West: Michigan

Number 14 seeds are same as 12 and 13

Midwest: Houston
East: Umass
South: Fresno State
West: Georgia Tech

Number 15 seeds are the four teams that beat a #2 seed as the #15 seed in the past

Midwest: Richmond
East: Hampton
South: Coppin State
West: Santa Clara

Number 16 seeds are chosen randomly :D

Midwest: PLAY IN American/Morehead State
East: W. Illinois

This is looking good, as in my real bracket I have Florida going all the way. But what the fuck Syracuse got snubbed again.
