help when load/save game

my games just jumps out to windows when i click on load/save
can anyone tell me how to fix it
a day ago i saved and today loaded it worked fine and after i played one playoff game and tried to save it just jumped out ... and after that it never worked

go into my documents and into the nba live 2005 folder. delete save then this should fix the problem for you to save stuff
