We actually forgot the question: "Will there be an NBA LIVE game this year?"

Well, there isn't much speculation there since NBA Live 08 is already in production. ;)

I guess you couldn't rule him out but I'd say he's a longshot. That's not a knock on Redd, it's just that players such as LeBron or Arenas or Kobe are more likely to draw the attention of casual gamers. Hardcore fans are going to buy the game of their choice no matter what but a marketable player is going to attract those casual fans just looking to pick up a basketball game.

I would be very surprised if it was Dwight Howard, as he's worked with NBA 2k7 series, so I can't see that happening....

I'm thinking Lebron (since Melo & Wade have already had covers)....maybe Chris Bosh is another option

I agree, theyre more well known, so they have a higher chance of being on the cover.

I think Lebron is the best choice. He's the future of this game.

you're choosing to just count vince and tmac were in there? if they were continuing the 2003 trend they would've this year...its done by big publicity players...Arenas is my guess, he's getting bigger and alot of fans like him
