Just wanna ask something dear gentlemen

Is it possible to transfer a created player from one saved roster's player.dbf to the other saved roster's player.dbf? I'm a newbie about these editing stuffs (and not that familiar with it actually ) hope somebody can help me out. Responses will be greatly appreciated, more power.
