I think they are well done and look nice, but the shine is way over the top on almost all of them. The 76ers home and away jerseys look great, but you should look on gettyimages and yahoo NBA pics to see what the jerseys are like in real life.
Example: Both the Orlando home and away are not shiny material, they are the normal fabric worn by most teams.

You would just need to lower the opacity or turn of some of the texture layers to reduce the shine effect and don't play round with curves afterwards. Instead, lay the mesh layer (you can get it from one of the templates in the download section if you don't already have it) over the top to give it the same look as the material. In the case of the Detroit uniforms, you would need to cut out the mesh where it overlays the shiny stripes down the side of the jersey to keep those parts looking like the shiny material. Also, are they 512x512 or 256x256?, I can't really tell.
