have grabbed a couple of roster updates off here,installed both but noticed a couple of things.While the players are in the right teams their ratings dont seem to have changed since 05.Also new players ie Marvin Williams have pink heads lol

any guidance would be much appreciated

The pink heads problem would be due to missing cyberface files utilised by the update. That can be easily corrected by downloading art updates for the players who are missing faces. As far as the ratings are concerned, that's an issue you might want to raise with the author of the update.
