ah that was a fun mod to make, first one ever actually 
unfortunately the hard drive that had that file on it burned up so it is lost. If you want I could try and do the same thing (make all NBA teams eligible to enter the all-star game) and then change the all-star court to one of my street courts. Hell, Ill do this now

Well unfortunately I screwed up. Changing the Divisions and Conferences of all the NBA teams doesn't seem to do the trick and thats what I did when i first did this mod, and again when i did it for 06...
....so for right now its boned.

Here just paste this in your current dbf and you can use any team in All-Star weekend

Jao I learned this when I cant find your Hopitup MOD in the home site. . . I was desperate in trying to put the self-alley-oop in a real game and tried stuff. . . this is also why i started studying about AIACt but enough of my crap. . . . I once made this to have them play on their own courts but I forgot how I did that since I was just messing around the DBF back then. . .
