I want to make like a summer league of NBA. . . . I already made a team gear of that that automatically switches Home and away jerseys with practice one's. . . I just think the practice jerseys are to dull in color. . .

Sure lets do a retro roster with jersey. . . I dont know how to edit the bands texture. . . FshX does not do the trick. . . I only successfully made a 2x headband texture. . .
