how much do you play ball

how much do you guys play ball a day? like hours or anything per day. I play atleast 30 minutes a day praticing out in front of my house, I usually do that for an hour. when I go to the courts i'll stay all day(like 5-7 hours).

Every weekend. from about 6pm-12am

every day from like 5 to 6 in the evening. sometimes i head over to a court nearby and sweat it out for 5 hours or so

on Monday, Wednesday and Friday I practice 2 hours every training, and the rest I play ball on the street if I dont have a game for like 3 hours

everyday just about for 3 to 5 hours...

Every day on the club trainings (about 2h) and on the weekend for about 2-3h....

As for how much I b-ball I play, I don't really play much anymore but I used to play at least four hours everyday.

i play everyday...for an hour at school when i have PE on that day, and usually two hours at home...

Let's see...During school days...I play half an hour in the morning befor school so that is 2.5hrs. Then I play 1 hour lunch breaks so that is 5 hours.

I have team practises for school/club. 2hrs times 3 days equals 6 hrs.

Then I have 2 games on Staurday...roughly 2hrs. And I also play some ball on Sundays for 3 hrs.

Therefore I play 2.5+5+6+2+3= 18.5 hours a week....and that is only 11% of my week devoted to basketball...wow...I thought it was alot!

I'll play an average of 45-60 minutes. But 3 times a week I play for 2 hours, and the other days I play for around 30-40 minutes, so more like 1 and a bit on average. I don;t like playing at school because sweat + sitting in a class = no more parties for Colin

I atleast dribble a basketball everyday around the neighborhood for about an hour a day. As far as playing, I play at school for practice..

I've gotta in the habit to go to the courts at around 6:30ish-9ish than I'll have my b-ball practice for townleague at 5-6 on wedsendays which sucks cause my soccer practice is 3:30-5 on wedsenday... but i play at my house after school for around a half an hour and at lunch time on school days i go to the courts and play there for 45 minutes than I'll be dribbling my ball around my house all day but added all up on avereage i'll probably play 4 hours a day now, much a inprovement on my half and hour to an hour of playing not everyday i will play for 4 hours, but i'd cut that to 3 hours a day.

in the summer 3-8 hours, in the fall about an hour when it's +3C outside, during fall-spring I do Air Alert and play in a local gym... and sometimes I play on snow in the winter and but not when it's -40C beat that!

not really ball...but I jog 5 km´s every day
