This all sounds great. Can't wait to make the comparisons. 8-) I feel that EA has so much potential in this game, I hope they can deliver and make it better than the 2K Series. This year I bought 2K7, but I'm telling you, if EA includes half the suggestions we asked for in each section (Gameplay, Dynasty, Graphics), it would be a lot better than the 2K Series.

I'm pretty sure it was on each one leading up to and including the 2005 Wishlist as well. A detailed multi-season mode was on each list up to and including NBA Live 2000.

Add a single player Career Mode similar to the one in Madden.

Thankyou for adding that, that is the no.1 request from me. i think it would a great addition to the game. lets just hope that they add it.

does anyone else think career mode is a good idea??
I think theyd have some success with it, if not in the game then as a separate one. I'd surely get it if they actually put effort into it and not just release a 1/2 assed reject.

Read through the list and yet again its very thorough but its just oh so sad that some of the simpler requested EA could have handled still have to be repeated.

NBA 2000 was the best, in my opinion, Live game. But this year, 2k& is better than Live 07, and I've played both.

My favourite wishes...
Display career stats in table format (similar to nba.com player profiles and trading cards).

Bring back all the detailed statistics the game used to display; all averages for players and teams, totals, home won/loss record and percentage and so on.

Add more stats screens for Dynasty/Season Mode such as double doubles, triple doubles and efficiency, as well as all-time statistics leaders. Allow active players to tie and break NBA records.

Design a more user-friendly UI for the PC version with less back and forth when navigating menu screens, drop down and pop-up menus, click-and-drag slider bars and full controller support.

Add more statistics such as Season Highs, Career Highs, Team Leaders, etc.

Bring back the traditional automatic replays for all players with the ability to set the frequency as well as turn them off altogether. Do not trigger them until the play is completed and the opposition are about to inbound the ball.

Display player career stats and info when viewing retired jerseys.

Bring back the team ranks (scoring, rebounding, defense, ball control and overall) in addition to overall team ratings.

Hey andrew, a little dissapointed over here that you didn't add my wish of a wingspan rating to the 'Settings & Ratings' category. :(

In a game like Live where the gameplay is make up of animations, wingspan won't add any more realism of play. However in the 2k games where the gameplay relies more on physics than animations a wingspan option would be more feasible.

Or instance a layup or dunk block in Live is a canned animation, it will use the same animations over and over. However in 2k blocks depend on whether or not the defensive player's hand actually makes contact with the ball or not. So wingspan would matter more in 2k and in Live is wouldn't change anything.
Opinions are my own.

It's in there under Roster Management. I thought it was more appropriate for that category since it's related to Create-a-Player.

Change this - There are 6 players in the 3pt shootout, instead of 8.

the animations should be like in xbox 360 nba live 2k7 so that it would really be realistic like the movements of the hair, jerseys and shorts and not but the least is the face..

The awards, add an all-nba third team and please make the awards logical. A player who is leading in the mvp candidates should not automatically win the award especially if his team does not make the playoffs. The mvp must be given to the player whose team is winning. The all-nba team should be like that too, and the positions should not be by primary positions. It must be a center and two forwards and two guards, don't regard the point guard, small forward, and etc. It should also be like that when it comes to all star starters who are voted in by "fans", don't regard primary positions. The scheduling in dynasty should be improve too especially in road trips. The road trips should be a trip in texas or in the northeast. The rookies generated should be improve too, balance ratings and balance height for the positions.

save players, everyday players are injured in the dynasty mode. it would be cool if they can add a espn show like nba fastbreak and the news should also include storylines of games like kobe scoring 60 and hyping up superstar potential generated rookies, ala oden and durant. Increase scoring averages of the players, someone should be averaging 30 ppg or 11 apg.

Sorry, the Wishlist has already been submitted though a lot of your ideas were included in some format. Also, please edit your previous post if you something to add rather than triple posting. Thanks. :)

Sorry about the triple posting, but I wonder when EA will actually grant our wishes.
Basically, most wishes this year are just the same from previous wishlists that we did.

We can only speculate as to when certain wishes will be granted or if certain wishes are at all feasible. I still feel that doing the Wishlist at least gives us a chance for our voices to be heard and provide feedback about the game, even though it doesn't guarantee any one suggestion will be implemented. However, if we say nothing then we're guaranteed not to have a voice.

great! the wish list is off!
they should give more emphasis on defense. kinda like the defense on NBA live 05 but the offense and transition of the game should be like NBA live 07 except the super star trigger sumthing like that. and more post moves especially! (Y)
