How do you change the team logo like in the pick a team section...?

Where are the art files located? Once there, is there another program I need?

The files are in NBA Live 2005/fe
There is also one in sgsm/common

there are some tuts around mate but u need the programs eagraph and fshX you can find them in the downloads section on the main page....we'll just start of with that 8-)
