No.
Your mobo doesn't have an AGP slot. You can't use an AGP graphic card.
Your mobo doesn't have a PCIX (PCI Express) slot. You can't use the current crop of graphic cards.
You're left with buying a good PCI graphics card.

My dad has that same kind of mobo, tried to cram an AGP card into it and it of course didn't fit. I actually never thought of getting a PCI card.

i just bought a ASUS P5NSLI i think, its mean. Supports dual channel ddr2 etc and has a pci express slots. depends what ur price range is really, and what you want/have
