i send contrat free agent but they said me cap slary what is taht and why they didnt come my team?

batu, its called the salary cap, if you've never heard of it (and i'll give you the benefit of a doubt) its the maximum amount a team can spend on players....if you try to get too many stars: you cant because of salary cap, its to increase parity in the NBA...the NFL does it too
