Discussion about NBA Live 2004.

You guys are missing the point. With 2 butten shooting..we dictate what kind of shot is done. No more complaining about doing a jumpshot when you really wanted a dunk. We've all experienced being blocked while doing a jumpshot..when what we really wanted to do was dunk.

Also, it allows more shot animations....as in more varities of dunks...hop step etc. I think it's very inovative..almost as much as freestyle dribbling. We now basically get freestyle shooting...its great like frosted flakes.

LOL about the frosted flakes. :o

But, I never thought about that, ya with 2 shot buttons it is like freestyle shooting. But what I am most looking foward t wit the 2 shot thing, is the tear drops, like come of a spin dribble than do a tear drop over the big men, that will be great :D

Even though I'm for the two shoot buttons, I still like the idea of having the option of using just one shoot button. It would probably be better for players who are still using the keyboard.

Have you guys ever seen the first Kobe Commercial where he does them dunks ....well anyways there is a dunk where he like has to strech out ...it be funny to see a player not make it all the way to the rim attempting to dunk ...like if you under estitmate a dunk and you blow it and then turn it into a layup ....and i hope there is alot of off balance shots in the game like running sideways fade ..because if you are anything like me in basketball every shot you take is off balance...and I think i saw something some where were you be able to practice like 2-4 3-3 so on ...any buddy confirm this shit?

Obviously i cant confirm it, but i hope its included. NBA2K3 has it and its great to practice 5 on 5 to work on set plays, see who to look for when running the offense.

Two shooting buttons will not be a problem with the keyboard as long as we can assign the keys freely and not with their defensive counter parts attached like in Live 2003. That just sucked... I had to learn them keys all over again.

We had the direct shoot button a while back (like before 2003) and it wasn't a problem. It is good that you can force to try those inside moves and different shots.

are there any sites apart from gamespot and ign, that provide news about nba live 2004 (in a regular basis, i mean...)?

'coz after reading this articles i'd just like to be able to confront them with other ones, if possible...
