J.P. has been a proven winner on every level, from aau ball as an head coach and owner of the arkansas wings, as an assistant coach at michigan state and as an head coach in the euroleague and also as an assistant coach on the 2001 d-league champs, the greenville groove. This seems to be an excellent move towards the future J.P. is a young coach that has been known for taking young men and developing the into successful ball players, can turn the raps around form rags to riches?
