Holy shit the graphics look really damn good The X... damn, you need to give me your 360 this christmas :D

The team is looking good except the record isn't too flattering... draft an awesome rookie :D And do you think you could sign Vince Carter?

Sean May & Melvin Ely for Josh Childress & 2006 1st Rd pick.

Shouldn't it be 2007?

I knew scouts said Jameer Nelson was too undersized to be effective as a starting PG, but I didn't realise he was that short. And how about Mo'rrison, wouldn't you like him to stalking your daughter or sister.

LMAO. Morrison looks like frodo minus the mustache.

yep, you got me....I can draft a good rook, but as for signing Carter, I don't think that will happen....owner wants me to keep profits up....I'll see how it pans out, Carter would of course sell more jerseys, but I wouldn't want him long term....

glad I could get you to smile....yep, as for the pics, the digital camera didn't do them justice, I thought they should've turned out better :(

nah, no free 360....

as for Carter, we'll see how it goes, you can never say never in the NBA....as for Larry Brown, I'd hate that to happen, Larry Brown sucks....he didn't play my man David Lee enough :o speaking of David Lee, it seems like only ceekay & myself were on his bandwagon from prior to him being drafted :P

cheers, yep, I always like to keep things realistic....if I had of had a winning record, I probably would've moved it up a difficulty setting or adjusted sliders, but didn't need to this time....

good to see you around, haven't seen much of you on forums lately....

Jugs wrote:I'm glad you're back with your story mate.

cheers....tell you what, I will probably start a multi-player Association with brother & I might use Portland....gotta luv Brandon Roy & LaMarcus Aldridge is solid & should turn out pretty good when he fills out a little bit....

honestly, probably not for a week or two....I'm moving into new house with my fiance next weekend so it's a busy time in my life....plus, I also picked up COD3 & Gears of War in the last week, so they will also see some PT as well....but rest assured, this Association should last a while, even if updates are sporadic due to work & personal life obligations & priorities....

thanks for support

Good start, like the 360 graphics a lot compared to NBA Live's.

Good lineup there too; hows Okafor going, because if you didn't notice, his real life-game is pretty hot at the moment!!

To be honest, i really don't like Morrison's game. Sure he's a great scorer, but if he has an off shooting night, he doesn't really have any back-up defence to speak of. If you are looking for a short-term jolt to the Bobcats, i say do a bit of a trade for a solid offensive player. But hey, its not my dynasty, its yours!!

cheers....yeah, Okafor has been a little slow out of the gates but now that I've traded away May & Ely, he has to hold it down in the middle & he's slowly gaining some form....

I'm starting to like the direction the team is going....at times, we're offensively lethargic & really could use another able big body, but I think we can survive for this season....I'm really liking the defensive intensity this team is gaining....when you've got Felton, Knight, Wallace, Childress & Okafor, they just hawk the passing lanes & can pressure turnovers....Morrison is a defensive liability yes, but amongst those other guys, it's not as noticeable....I feel like I need to add a shotblocker to the roster, but at the moment, it's not uncommon for me to be playing Okafor at C, Wallace at PF, Morrison/Childress at SF, Childress/Knight at SG & Felton/Knight at PG....those rotations get a long look....those lineups tormented the Wolves last night & if I hadn't of choked, I would've chalked up an impressive seesawing comeback win....the jury's out on Brezec's role on this team, but I'm going to give him every opportunity....depending on his contract status though, I might have no choice but to deal him, which would be sad, but ahh well....

I'm starting to get handle of Childress, but yeah, I could definitely use a Flip Murray-like player off the bench, instant offense would be nice....but when Morrison is on (he now leads team at 17.4ppg, he sims really well & it's hard not to light it up with him, he gets streaky & will hit 3 or 4 in a row a couple of times per game), he's definitely instant offense :P

I moved places, just got back on net, haven't played nba 2k7 or my 360 for 3 weeks now due to being busy....with christmas, new years etc coming up, can't see myself getting any time for this....

I don't have any time to update this, a lot of the guys who use to be around aren't, so not too much motivation....thanks for the support....I'll continue my associations & dynasties, just not the story parts of them....perhaps if live '08 on PC is good, then I'll get it & you never know, but a non-pc dynasty is too much trouble for me these days....

Ah that sucks, well ill keep checking to see if you update it at all. It would still be sweet if you could do some updates for how the fighting Irish are going once the season (or preseason) starts.

Cheers, maybe I'll start something in the 'Other Basketball Leagues' section closer to the season....

after watching Melo's 10-10-10 rule that George Karl gave him....meaning you give me 10 FT's & 10 points in the paint, then I'll give you 10 jumpshots, I'm going to try & implement it for myself, but it'll be the X's 5-5-5 rule :P

as for this Association, who knows....I honestly haven't played my 360 since I moved into my place a month ago, I've just been that busy....but we'll see how time goes....
