Great turnout, 40,000+ for that one, man the aussies love going to sport no matter what the hell it is. And how about the last try?!? The commentator certainly went bezerk. Go NZ for the final, good guts on getting there.

As for the Ashes, man-oh-man, if England can't beat the lowly domestic sides I dont see how they will EVER beat the aussies!!

Lockyer wins the International Player of the Year for the 2nd time. (Y) Awesome news for him! :D

Watch out Kiwis, Locky wants to win tri nations so he has the rugby league trifecta of State of Origin, NRL Premierships and Tri Nations... all as Captain of each squad. :D Quite an acheivement if you ask me.

If crowds don't pick up for the final there is a chance for next time the finals could be played in brisbane

Just a thought... perhaps the NRL Grand Final can somehow be lobbied to be hosted by Brisbane if the Broncs are in the finals next year! :D

theres a debate where every 3rd or 4th year a grandfinal be played in bris like what happens with 1 state of origin game in melb every few years

the state of origin in melb is a waste of time and money (N)

The grandfinal in Brissie is a great idea... especially if we are in it...

theres only 25,000 supporters expected to be at the final in the tri nations, thats appauling.....just bring the final to brisbane we'll fill it 52,500 strong.

I thought the game was over when Smith kicked that 40-20. Good guts by the Kiwis, it could have gone either way, but kinda fitting for Lockyer i guess. :(
