I don`t know is this the right place or not but come on,my JR Smith patch is posted by another dude on a NLSC download and even on a preview it says that it`s mine,It can be there but like its my patch,any help?

Happens too often... just pm the NLSC member who's maintaining the download section and it should be allright. Maybe it's just a mix-up.

Unfortunately I'm not always aware of these things when I receive file submissions. If something like that happens please PM or email me and I'll take care of it ASAP.
