Hmmm... can soemone tell me if the Foxtel Digital they are advertising for 38 bucks a month or watever would cover this for me?

no, previously they had Fox Sports on the basic package. Now, they revamped it, and made a seperate sports package. Basically, the minimum you'll need is roughly $52 which will get you Fox Sports + ESPN.

tomorrow will be a tough one. we're going to the wildcats, so i have to somehow fiddle with enough tapes and timers to get the wrestling, nbl wrap, the nbl game, the nba game, thank god you're here, tripping over, and NCIS all recorded. be much easier if i had IQ.

I suggest you drop a few of those things, or get some other people to record them for you

i have a half hour gap between raw and nbl wrap, and i have a shitload of tapes. i also have a fivew hour tape. the only problem will be switching tapes and shifting to timer record somewhere between 5.30 and 6.

Matts on the money, Clippers Lakers will be dynamite, both 2 good teams, throw in the rivalry.. should be awesome.

Im looking forward to Seattle/Miami today, hopefully Ray can get the job done. I always love watching Seattle, even though ive only seen that playoffs vs sacramento.

Sunday 26th, 11:00 AM: Heat vs Bobcats (Fox Sports 2) *

Really wasnt expecting to see the bobcats this year  Step in the right direction, i think. (Y)

And the griz/kings matchup as well. Shame that Pau wont be there, but at least there's some variety happening this season.

We have our first change of the season: instead of showing Bulls/Cavs tomorrow they'll now be showing Suns/Mavs. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed though I'm sure not everyone feels that way. I just hope there isn't a glut of Spurs/Mavs/Suns games this year especially at the expense of showing other matchups. Even though there's significance in those games and they're great to watch, I for one don't want to watch them every single week.

SAS vs Houston should be good too!!!!

OMG Nuggets! I’ve actually never seen a full Nuggets game, only Highlights ;)

This is where I come in and say Yep you really should look into getting IQ
I record this much and more every night. My Planner has 6 pages of things to be recorded in the next couple of days(also things previously recorded)

-thanks for the schedule Andrew, did you get the upcoming Fox Sports Games out of the Magazine?

300 dollars for installation and an extra 15 bucks a month would mean no food/clothes for the rest of my life. no thanks.

they had some towards the end of the season, and they were usually for the better. They even added in a few games. I recall they added the critical Was vs Chicago at the expense of some other game.

Not all that common, as Matt said often they're for the better but ultimately there's always going to be some fans who would have preferred to see the previously scheduled game. I guess it's our turn this time. :(

Once again, Fox Sports comes up with the better selection. Their dedication to at least two games per week is putting ESPN Australia to shame. That said, I'm not about to boycott the games on ESPN.

yeah good stuff for the fox sports games. Although there does seem to be something screwy with their feed at times. Sometimes the audio doesnt come through until it's been silent for about 30 seconds or so, and then with the Warriors/Kings game last week, Marv and Steve Kerr were just chatting away without commentating for the first 2 minutes of the game.

Then finally Marv welcomes the viewers, and they begin to call the game as normal. This wasnt a big issue for me, as it made me feel like we got one over on the usa again.

I can honestly say that I no longer watch any games involving the San Antonio Spurs, Miami Heat & New Jersey Nets anymore....I've already seen each of the teams between 4-6 times this season....that's enough....I'll check them out again at playoff time....same with teams like Pistons, Cavs, etc, etc....

tell you what is refreshing....seeing a Clippers game....the Warriors-Kings game was great....Kings-Grizzlies was alright....these are the teams I want to see....add the Jazz, Blazers, Bobcats, Magic, Hornets, Hokitikan's, all those teams we don't get to see....

I noticed that Fox Sports is getting the FSN (Fox Sports Network games)....which means they'll mostly be Western Conference games, as I watched a couple of FSN games from different Western regions when I was over there last year....
