Dude, looks like you haven't searched enough for this patch...

Last year someone released a patch with 3 versions of Dunken and one of those versions had him with afro.. just search for it on nba-live.com and nbalive.org in the 06 sections and you will find it.

Once you will find it, just convert it to a non-shiny CF and you got what you wanted.

There are 3 versions, one of them is the afro one (although it's not that long..)
