For php scripts you don't need no software, it's internet programming you can do with notepad, of course a program that recognises tags can be helpful. There are lots of good sites out there to get started, ready scripts to rip.

But on the php site i visit http://www.w3schools.com/php it tells i nid to install a php software and a apache and a mySQL ?

Yes it if you want to test it on your pc OFFLINE. If you have a webspace with php support you won't need any of those for coding php.
