ROSTER PATCH

Hi to all NBA Live 2000 fans...!
Can somebody please inform me or send me all the stuff(tutorials and edit programms) that is needed in order to create a new full-update roster patch?
I have a full players scouting report including this year's draft class, so I thing that I should give it a try..
