Best Graphics Card for my B-Day

I got just enough money from my b-day to buy NBA Live 07 and a good graphics card worth about 50$. Can anyone point out any good graphics cards that are in the price range of 50-70$.

i just ebay'd it on both the Aus ans US sites and it came up with a few you can look through-im not really very good with this sort of stuff, so that's the bext i can do for ya
