[ For The Australians ] AWESOME ringtone website...

This isn't an advert or anything, I was just looking around trying to find a site I could buy some ringtones from and after coming across the usual garbage (Jamster, and some other one that costs $15 per week) I found iaMobile. Normally I wouldn't post this, but I've never seen such a huge range of realtones (i.e the MP3 ones) anywhere... there's 700 songs in the Alternative/Punk section alone, and that's only 1 category of 5 total under the Rock headline.

There's all sorts of obscure stuff you wouldn't expect to find in a ringtone, some Billy Corgan, APC, Coheed & Cambria, Cold (as I post this I'm only upto C in the Alternative/Punk section lol so god knows what else is in the others) but it's definitely worth checking out. I haven't bought anything just yet, I'm not sure what the prices are like but since Telstra Pre-Paid + gives me like $20 credit every month for free I don't mind spending some money on tones. From what I can see though you don't have to subscribe or anything like that, and they offer refunds if something goes wrong.

Ringtones are such a sham. Wow beep beep woopty fucking doo. I've had my super slick phone for 9 months and I've only gone through 2 ringtones.

I have an mp3 of the Spongebob Theme Song as my ringtone . I prefer playing mp3's as ringtones over the beeps and whatnot.

I get my ringtones for like 1 buck. The ringtone site was just on my phone when I got it. All I had to do was download.

my phone comes with a link cable to computer, so any mp3's i have that i want as a ringtone i just transfer over.

my ringtone is old as my mobile is....like 4 years old!...yeah, i`m one of the noobs, who hasn`t a colourful screen mobile, but i`m happy with it!...SMS and i can recive calls, and make my own calls, what more do i need!...
ofcourse it has some nice features with the years, like 3 buttons arn`t working correct! then the screen gets mirror image!...sometimes when i switch it off it starts to vibrate!...

But as you say works for call people and recive/send SMS ,the another things are just accesories.I mean a damm colour sreen its tooo much useful than a one colored screen. I have a dam Tv and a photo camera , so in the cellphone its just an accesorie.And for the mp3 sound and sheet , if your rigtone its batman or something you look stupid when the phone rings

Word. There are lots of stupid kids with stupid ringtones (most of them are related to Italy's World Championship) over here. It's fucking annoying, even my friends have those ringtones, everytime their phone rings I have to hear some idiot singing things like "France sucks" or "Italy are the world champions". It makes me wanna kill them all... Personally I hate ringtones, even the classic "ring-ring". Vibration rules
