Out of town August 8th-14th; Community Leaders Event

For those who aren't already aware, I'll be out of town from August 8th to August 14th as I'm flying over to Canada for EA's community leaders event where I'll get a hands-on look at NBA Live 07 as well as the opportunity to ask the producers questions about the game. I'm probably not going to have Internet access while I'm away and even if I do, I'll just be checking in with updates from the conference so I won't be handling regular site business.

If you need to get in touch with me you'll probably have to wait until I get back so please don't get upset if I don't answer an email, private message or post in the Forum until after the 14th. If it's urgent, I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. Please don't ask me to lock/move/delete any threads in the Forum this week as I won't be online to do so; please ask another moderator or post in the Moderator Requests thread.

I'm looking forward to bringing back some good news and cool stuff from the event. Keep checking the NLSC for updates, I'll have a full write-up when I get back.

I'm used to Summers with days that get up into the 40s (Celcius) so hopefully I should be OK.

I highly doubt that will be in NBA Live 07, since Kenny Smith has signed on with the 2K series and the commentary teams this year have already been confirmed as Marv Albert and Steve Kerr (games) and Ernie Johnson and Greg Anthony (All-Star Weekend); I'm pretty sure if they were including a feature like that with Magic and Sir Charles as well they'd be promoting it by now.

But I will be sure to bring back a detailed writeup on the game and try to find out as much as possible in the Q&A sessions.

heres a list that i made for the next gen on nba live 07 forums because a person there is going too

1. is camera views/movement fix
2. how many sig shots are in the game (as long as they got kobe im cool wit that)
3. how are the player/facial expressions
4. do the players really look at the clock and know where the ball is
5. how is dynasty and all star weekend
6. how is the momentum (excuse spelling)
7. did they make freestyle SS more real
8. make sure they didnt forget jordan lol
9. how they updated the graphics
10. is it still a dunk city game
11. make sure we have full 360 walking and no slideing
12. how smart is the ai because last year it walked out of bounds
13. make sure they fixed tmac so i can talk ish to 2k fans on gamespot
14. three player trades on dynasty
15. make sure they made the defense better
16. tell ea to put in a better celebration ( excuse spelling) for when you win the finals
17. make sure the speed is right (Fast break and all of that)

if its not to much trouble can you find this stuff out
