looks real clean

Thanks, I needed a change from the Alienware theme.

The specs aren't that great, it's a laptop & I mostly use it to take notes in class & watch movies.

Mm, 512MB RAM, 1.6 GHZ, 60GB Hard Drive + 250 GB External Hard Drive and DVD Dual Layer.

The graphics card is not even worth mentioning. The pictures of the laptop can be seen in the room pics I posted over here.

Dada, here you go:

Wallpaper

Got it off of wincustomize.

It looks nice, but right now I'm still loving my Alienware theme. I'm gonna bookmark it though just in case I get tired of my current theme. (Y)

Wow thats an Interesting arangement you've got going on there Nick. But, what in the hell is EA Sports Cricket? Do they make an EA Sports Elephant Polo too?

Anyway, Here's My Desktop I prefer a darker, cleaner looking desktop.

BTW if anyone knows some good sites for darker backgrounds, let me know.

Holy shit! Man, clean some stuff...It's getting me nervous just seeing it.
You must have a lot of RAM and a very good processor to handle all that stuff, as well as a very capable Hard Disk.

I'll clean it as soon as you lick my balls.
I've got decent ram at 512, awesome processor at 3.2 ghz and a pretty capable HD at 75 GB. But i didn't know the less desktop icons meant better performance? Maybe that's why my computer is nowhere near as good as it was when i first bought it. Hehe.

The one I posted is the biggest one I have, that being 1600X1200. Sorry T.

Once again, the wall:

Oh, if you guys use WMP to play your audio video files, upgrade to WMP11. It's fits the Vista theme.

If you cant run Live on the highest settings then you dont have an awesome graphics card, you desperately need an upgrade, unless you have a processor that is from 1999. I could run Live on high with no lag with an Nvidia FX5200 and that is a crappy card...

There are legal ways to download CD's...like iTunes. You put your credit card account info or your iTunes card info and you download CD's legally and you even save money. Obviously you won't save as much as you would save downloading illegal albums, but oh well.

Man, I just love the dock, but having a taskbar and a dock is a bit redundant. Lately I'm falling in love with the OS X, and I'm thinking about getting a Mac laptop after I graduate. Just for design work, of course.

I don't think so. I've grown so used to double clicking on my MSN icon in my taskbar, I can't live without the taskbar. The dock is there for my icons and stuff, the taskbar is there for my windows (minimised), conversations and MSN.

And welcome for the wall. As I said, major props to the guy that made it.

I agree that the taskbar is a great feature that the OS X doesn't have. One thing I really like about the OS X is the window switching system called Exposé.
