Need help with a Roster Update on this site.

ok i downloaded this http://www.nba-live.com/download/pafile ... ile&id=943 and its a file but there are no instructions and i don't know what to do with it. can anybody help me?

dont get that roster update, try the latest one (updated to yesterday) from frenchy. check the 2005 announcements section
