I just got then 2day and went to the gym to do a bit of skiping and running and they are great, after ur legs feel so light that u can jump 2se as high!

Does any1 know any good exercises?

stand on steps with your toes on the edge and heels hanging over and bounce lightly, it will keep your calves loose, you could get some injuries with ankle weights if your calves tighten too much. try running up small hills with the weights on, it might help strengthen the ankles.

U could also try and jump rope on ur tip toes 4 about 5-10mins 4 days a week and within bout' 3 weeks you should see some improvement, it works trust me :D
