Official is this game good?/which game is better thread.

A few threads about which game is better or which game should i buy threads have been popping up recently(although they always have), so i thought maybe there should just be a thread where u can just put it all in, like for people that want to know if a certain game is worth buying or for peoples opinions on what is better it can all hopefully go in here. :o
Or if you heard about a new game and you want opinions on it, post it here, unless your gonna make a full thread with pics and links etc.

I dont know if this will work, but who knows

Get a 360. From what I read, the PS3 requires a lot of cash just for add-ons.

can you afford either though? i know if i bought one i'd be back to square 1-i'd maybe get 1 game, not too many though, but as soon as the ps2 and xbox start going down sell your ps2, not the games-(i dont kno whats happening with backwards compatability)- before the value becomes little, then by a 360-Ps2 (N)

yeah MW is better and not as repetitive imo. Burnout gets a little boring, but is still good if u like a much less realistic game, based on crashed pretty much

God of War. Get that for PS2.

Are there any recent PS2 games that are good, because I have $180 to spend and I already want to buy GTA Liberty City Stories for PS2. They can be a bit old too, just some games.

What you should do is buy Half Life 2 for your PC. Or.... buy MLB 06

Speaking of MLB 06, is there a PC version of it? I'd buy it if there was.

I'd take Half Life 2 for the fact that it seems like its a consensus that the game is good, plus the online play is always fun, and games like those last a LONG time. MLB 06 may be good, but then there is always a new sports game every year, plus, even if MLB 07 turns out to be not as good as MLB 06, you can later buy MLB 06 for cheaper since the price will go lower. Then again, same can be said for Half Life 2, but IMHO, it takes longer for Half Life 2 to lower its price .

Good point... but MLB 06 wont be as up to date or as nice as MLB 07. I've never played either I'm not a huge baseball fan but I'm interested in trying the game, or something similar to it.

Does anyone know if there is a baseball game for the PC?

EA's MVP series was on the PC up to 2005, I don't know about 06.

I have both a PS2 and a Gamecube. I haven't bought a Gamecube game in over a year (last time was 2004 Boxing day, and it was NFSU2).

I need a new soccer game anyways, I'll consider it but I'd prefer at least 1 or 2 other PS2 games. I'm leaning towards GTA Liberty City Stories.

Oh it's a catholic thing, one of the "7 sacraments" lol. I don't really follow it but you usually get confirmed in 10th grade as i am. I dont know but i know you get a lot of money from it from your family.
