The only thing is Yuan is that those tutorials dont do it for me. I would love it if you gave me step by step instructions but you dont have to if you dont want too.

step by step? that's crazy! that would take much much time!!~
the best policy is buy some books about Abobe Photoshop, practice, and always use the "layers" when fusing the original picture of some player into the face template. that 's all i can help.
