Wherever you want. You can load them into PS or whatever app you use from any location.

Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS or wherever you installed it to\presets\brushes
Or something like that. That way they'll be there with all the basic packs in PS automatically.

i had trouble getting them in, and had to restart photoshop a couple times. i saw just keep trying
