Looks like you got a nice sig anyway. I've been busy and managed to get just one sig done this week...

I tried making a more colorful sig this time... I only partially desaturated my pics and tried getting away from monotone.

Second one has a pattern on it. Which is better?

The second one is better, on the first one looks like it's just clouds (I'm sure you did more though).
Overall it looks very nice, maybe you could try desaturating the KG pic a little bit?

But I think the multi-coloring looks very good, you're Amare sig is great with the grungy background and whatever you did to the pic, but the monotone coloring makes it kind of boring. Maybe you could fix that one up a little so it'll have more diverse coloring and then that one will be crazy good. (Y)

The first Garnett one looks good (I'm getting tired of scanlines and patterns) and has very good multi-colouring. The text doesn't really fit that well (even though it looks a lot like the T-Wolves official font, and I think you should shorten it length-wise. One more thing: try putting a layer mask on the stock of your player (or take all the overlays you've used and put them in a folder, then put a mask on that.) Then take a soft black brush and carefully brush on the layer mask around the edges of your player. This 'erases' the very outer edge of your pic and blends him into the background more.

Is there a tutorial for that? I'm not sure what to search for, nor the exact steps in doing it..

Not bad looking, just a little simple on the eye and the font is overused.

But it's not like it's an ugly piece of graphical work or anything. (Y)
And the size, 1013?

Woah man! Awesome stuff you have here..That Amare one's colours are unique which makes it so great and IMO the KG's even better. Keep up the good work and i hope ill be going against someone as good as you in the Sig League. Any progress on the wall?

None yet.... but I did learn how to use Actions in PS which is going to open up a huge amount of options for me... if you haven't learned them yet, definetly look for a tutorial on them!

I like it, but I think it the pic would work better with less of a grungy-type background. Maybe do one of those simple ones with solid colours and geometrical shapes?

Thanks.

As embarassing as it sounds, I've never done a geometric type one, and I dont even have the slightest clue how/where to start one.

Hmm. Colin's done some, maybe check out his stuff?

EDIT: Maybe something like this and this? Something similar, with a kind of cheery cartoon-ish look to it?

I'll try to do something like that for my next sig... I might have time to work on one this weekend, depends on whether I'm home or not.

Here's another sig I was working on yesterday and just finished up a few minutes ago.... comments please

Too monotonous. And I don't think that the threshold look of Marion fits the BG that well.
