[Unrestrict3D]

This is a pretty close replica of the current banner and I'm not exactly happy with
it (I don't usually do simple) but I think it looks decent. The trophy on the current
banner looks so much better than mine and I will probably work on that aspect
some other time.

I've not grown tired of the current look and I like the overall look
of the forums but I thought maybe I'd try to spice it up a bit. Of
course, I wouldn't mind a little competition to make things
interesting.

What if we put real NBA players or NBA Live players from screens on top of the ball in the logo and had it rotate everytime we refresh?
