Essential patches

Hi I got nba live 2005 recently. Which patches are essential to add the most realism to the game. I am used to using self installers please guide me.

Where can I find these patches?

Has there been any good rosterfile published so far which includes already this year's rookies?

Just can find the one from the end of last season, but wanna play my favourite NBA Live version with current teams and rookies
