If you liked slevin check out wicker park. same director, same star. I liked the style.

I'll see if the video store has it this Monday.

Agreed, Aeon is made really nice, very nice. But the story, ugh the story. :shake:

Watched Equilibrium this evening, the story was entertaining, the action was superb. As with Cyanide, the whole government overthrowing thing is quite amusing to watch.

Even if it is based in the future. :)

Watched Walk The Line today, pretty nice movie. Lots of songs, but that's the point I suppose, it is after all a Johnny Cash/June Carter movie.

Amazing that Phoenix & Witherspoon-Phillipe sang the songs themselves, mighty impressive.

And by the grace of God, Reese Witherspoon-Phillipe just looked so so so very gorgeous as June Carter, don't know if it was the clothing, the brunette hair styling, her smiling or her amazing voice, but she was fucking gorgeous.

I just rented that movie last night too and watched it and its crap. I thought it would be better, but half of the movie is basically like American Pie with alot of pr0n. The middle to the end is ok, but not scary at all, just nasty.

You got it all wrong! It has nudity, drugs and blood! It has to be a great movie! Dutch like it!

It was sarcasm. Movie sucks and if you want to know more, we wrote a lot about it a couple of pages back.

I watched the Sentinel yesterday. It was half decent, but the ending was kind of crap. Toronto was one of the main settings in the plot, so I'm pretty happy with that.

Eva Longoria needed more screen time. (N)

1) @ VanK not posting something about the male genitals.
2) @ VanK for calling me Dutch.
3) It was hell of fun watching that movie on the big screen, no one said it was scary, I guess you just need to have hacked off a kittens head to find that movie as amusing as I did.

I just finished watching Final Fantasy VII Advent Children and it is the greatest fucking animation movie I've ever seen.

The animations are so crisp and life like, and the fight scenes were fucking awesome. Wowzers.

The story is a bit whacked but yeah good shit.

The action was nice but everything was just corny for me.

I can't believe I just watched Herbie Fully Loaded for Lindsay's boobs.

Is it worth watching it for her boobs? If the answer is yes, I might pick it up.

No, it's not boob worthy. You're better off with that music video of hers when she still had boobs.

Just watched Casino after a long, long time. That's got to be one of the best movies of all time, it's so fucking great. Kind of a bummer Robert DeNiro is such a pussy in it, but Pesci was fucking awesome. Even Sharon Stone's bitch role was a pleasure to watch.

I bought the two disc special edition, so I'm going to go check out the special features etc.

Just finished watching Chaos, it's drawn comparisons to Inside Man but people tend to forget that Chaos was made prior to Inside Man.

In any case, Inside Man was superiour but that doesn't make Chaos unwatchable, I like Jason Statham so it was a nice watch. It's a DVD type movie, not theatre worthy, none the less, a pleasant watch.
