Interesting that Jasikevicius got more votes than guys like McCants and Diogu, though Marvin Williams only just scraped in.

Damn I can't believe this, they're trying to label Raymond Felton as this year's number 2 rookie in those stupid Rookie Rankings and he didn't even make the frigging first team.. (not that I don't agree, Deron deserves it IMO).

That's becuse he is the best rookie to enter the league this year. It's just that he picked the wrong team. Imagine his stats in a team like Hornets. Even though Hornets coach is a racist.

What, are you kidding? Nate Robinson isn't good...at all. He can dunk, but every single aspect of Ryan Gomes' game is better than Nate Robinson's.

Fri May 05, 2006 5:37 am

deron williams on first team? hello? :?

agreed. Nate Robinsion is only liked because he's the prototypical underdog... he isnt that great.

Fri May 05, 2006 6:03 am

I would have picked Granger over Deron, he was definitely more consistant and already looked like a seasoned pro for most of the time.

Fri May 05, 2006 6:10 am

I would have picked ryan gomes over anyone but bogut vill and paul.

Fri May 05, 2006 6:35 am

Im not saying I like Nate Robinson but after I saw that game against Philly, I new hes gonna be something great in the future.

Fri May 05, 2006 6:54 am

I don't know how Deron Williams made the First Team over Felton. That's BS. (N)

Even Scott Padgett hit a game winner once..

Fri May 05, 2006 8:00 am

Ryan GOmes got in over Sarunas? That's bullshit

Fri May 05, 2006 8:14 am

gotta love the selections for this all teams every year, always causes alot of arguements lol

Fri May 05, 2006 8:19 am

Go Charlie V! Woooooooo!

Maybe cuz Felton's field goal percentage barely scrapes 39% and he also averages more turnover.

I'd probably still pick Felton oveer him though.

Fri May 05, 2006 11:40 am

lmao @Nate Robinson going to be great :P

Ah I see, Chris Paul should give him the ROY award and Scott should be fired.

The realism of that statement of course is that he wasn't the best rookie, he picked the team he wanted to go to and the Hornets will go farther with Paul and their racist coach then they ever would've with Jasikevicius.

Fri May 05, 2006 12:27 pm

No complaints here. Nice to see Bogut make the first team.

You're bullshit. Gomes finished the year starting on that Celtics team, in which he put up stats that would make a strong case for First Team.

Fri May 05, 2006 1:47 pm

I wanted to see Raymond on the 1st team but 2nd is fine also. Gomes deserved it over Sarunas.
