Yes, you can sign Free Agents. However, the listing of all the Free Agents will take a while. If, for example, Cable Guy tells me he wants to sign Dajuan Wagner then I'll wait 2-3 days before signing him. If someone else, like Jae, also tells me(in those 2-3 days) he would like to have Dajuan Wagner, then Jae will get him because Cable Guy had a higher pick in the draft. I'm doing this because I think it's fair.

Btw, I'm starting the season soon so people have to hurry up signing people. If you don't get deals done (or free agent signings) fast enough then your moves won't take effect until the next month.
