The first episode was about the party at the house of Mr. Burns where Marge got very drunk and Homer tried to impress his Boss.

The very first short from the Tracey Ullman Show, "Good Night", is the one that appears on the 138th Spectacular. There were 48 of the "Ullman Shorts" produced in all.
The first half hour episode produced was "Some Enchanted Evening", with the Babysitter Bandit. The first half hour episode to air, the actual series premiere was "Simpsons Roating On An Open Fire", the Christmas episode where the family gets Santa's Little Helper from the dog track.
