It amazes me that about 75% of the people that posted here think the US should let illegal aliens in the country that jumped the border and probally committed tons of crims in Mexico.

I'm an immigrant and by your words I feel like you are acting like immigrants are worthless and don't deserve to be in this country. You are acting like immigrants are all criminals. Well, that's not the case. Most immigrants, including my family and I, came here for a purpose and that's better future and better living. Besides why do you care so much? I bet that stores you go to and things you do in everyday life are done by immigrants trying to have better opportunities for their families. All immigrants are not bad, in fact I bet every immigrant is here for only one reason: a better life.

The drop out rates among immigrates a quite high.

Immigrants shouldn't be generalized, as Emiliano said some of them do work hard, live a better law abiding life, and contribute to the betterment of the country.

I am mad as hell. The existing immigration laws, ignored by both the "colonists" and by my elected officials, are fine just as they are. All that is needed is enforcement.
I blame Republicans for seeing illegals as a source of cheap labor, and I blame Democrats for seeing them as voters who will return them to power.
Your front page on April 10 read, "Immigrants aim to fill the streets of America." It should have read, "Invaders from the south aim to make U.S. Mexico."
The fact is, we have a sign on the border that says "Get through and we will give you a job." The only real solution is to levy stiff fines against employers. If employers won't hire illegals, then everyone who isn't already firmly entrenched will go home.
I, like most Americans, believe they should all be deported

The reason why they are hired for less because they can't be turned in and they don't have the legal papers. They are desperate to get money so the companies pay them less for more work.
The problem with illegal immigrants isn't just that, there are is a collection of problems that they bring here (disease, drugs, crime, welfare, etc) along with the jobs situation. The problem with your situation, Cameron, is that it is an entirely different problem. Having U.S. companies outsource to other countries (namely India) is another issue that needs to be addressed, too.
You can "respect" illegal immigrants all you want, but they are doing illegal activity and they really are hurting the American society and the American family. If you want to come here then come here the legal way and come here with a goal and a dream. Don't come here thinking you'll be hand fed freedom and prosperity because that isn't how it is.
