question about the team logo

im trying to create my own team but i got a problem with the logo which is shown when i show a team. It is the picture that has a 'dot-like effect' does somebody know how to create that effect in adobe photoshop? thanks[img][/img]

try using saving as dds and not in bmp

photoshop had no save as DDS
