Both parties are at fault, and those companies that are caught get punished, but it's much easier to punish the people who are here illegally than it is to punish a company that hired illegally. You know what I mean?
No, I would say that I don't.
Why not attack the problem at it's roots. What people would call "evil capitalism". Through controlling the ones that employ rather then the ones that get employed you would attack it at it's roots.
These people are doing what they can to get by, yes? So why demonising them when they're not doing anything wrong by American standards? All that they can be called at fault for is crossing the border illegally. What they do on this side of the border is up to the goverment to control. Most effictive by controlling companies to a higher degree.
If there were no jobs to take at below federal minimum wage, it would not be a problem.
Demand harsher control of the employers, and the problem would be much smaller.
