i read ur explanation...but i dont understand how we can get a complete team, b/c it seems like we wont have a total Starting 5, when we use ur system. We'll be choosing the players we mostly want, but not necessarily the positions we need...Like, with my first 5 picks, i want to be able to choose a PG, SG, SF, PF, and C (not necessarily that order), but i dont see how this will be possible with ur system..

Now this is a smart question and since i know for sure that more people will worry about this, I'll just post my answer here:

If you already have (for example) 2 guards and a small forward, then I'll kinda adjust your list by the 4th or 5th round. So don't worry about not getting a full roster. Probably I'll even ask you before making decisions for your team. After the 5th round I'll probably autodraft anyway. Unless somebody tells me who he wants then.
I know this kinda draft is a bit complicated but you saw how bad the other tourney went. I don't know other possibilities..

Can we make trades? I assumed we could. Otherwise this draft will be a disaster. What happens if a team has a bench of all guards?

No, there's one spot left, the Bucks. It's yours if you want it.

I don't think it will be a disaster. You won't have a team like that. Btw, there are still Free Agents and of course you can trade

That wouldn't work, because not everybody has MSN. Also the participants are all from different time-zones; so that wouldn't be that much faster anyway. If you look at the other 30-man tourney, you'll see that they are still drafting in the first round. Once I get all replies, it will just be a matter of minutes till the draft will be completed
