It's quite easy once you learn how to do it. First make sure your keyboard has a print screen key. Put the screen on what you want to take a picture of. It could be stats or in game screens. After you hit the botton minimize the screen. I do this by hitting a windows key at the bottom. Yours maybe different. Open up a picture program (example paint) and hit paste. Save the picture as ( I use .jpg). Go to imageshack.com or photobucket and upload the picture. Take the website address to the picture and paste it into a post. Highlight the address and hit img. It should now come up in your post. You can also take ingame post by going to instant replay and clicking the camera button. Open that picture up with a program and save it as a new format. Same from there.
I like the first way better because you can take a picture of anything, and the second way has a bar at the bottom. Here is a sample of what you should do. (My graphic card isn't good so the people have white shadows.
