Kevin O'Neill has been described as ``crazy - but in a good way,'' a tireless and demanding coach who won't always tell players what they want to hear, but can extract the best from them.

Could be just what the Raptors need - I guess time will tell. In any case, Lenny Wilkens wasn't getting it done, so it was time for a change.

Could be just me, but he bears an uncanny resemblence to Australian prime minister John Howard.

"O'Neill made his reputation as a relentless, creative recruiter. He once dressed in a gorilla suit to meet a prospect at the airport. When he was recruiting Tony Harris to UT, Harris received a box of photos of Tyra Banks, each of them with O'Neill's face glued onto the model's body."
